- Every care is taken with original material however we can not be held responsible in the event of loss or damage. We strongly advise sending valuable material by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Where possible a back-up should be made of all material submitted.
- Original material, footage or photographs, are preferred. This ensured high quality transfer. Video footage can be submitted on VHS video, DV video, Hi-8 or Video 8 cassettes or DVD. If on DVD uncompressed data is preferred. Where possible your material should be original, first generation quality otherwise the quality of the final product will suffer.
- Original photographs are preferred. These will be scanned at high resolution and returned to you. Photographs can also be supplied in digital format on CD-Rom.
- As part of our service, showreel material will be stored digitally on our hard-drive for 3 years. This is to allow further use of your footage should updates to your showreel be required and reduces the need for material to be re-submitted. You hold full control over the use of this material and can request deletion at any time. Where material has been stored for 3 years you will be given the option to store for a longer period. This does not apply to personal video submitted for transfer.
- Copyright of all commercial material is respected. We do not transfer copyrighted material except for use in professional showreels. In respect of showreels use of such material is for personal/promotional use only. We assume that you, or your agent, have been granted full consent for use of such material.

Payment must be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Cheques must be crossed and made payable to ‘Adrian Ball’. DVD Media - There are currently two types of DVD discs for storage and playback of digital media - DVD+R and DVD-R discs. We use DVD-R discs which are compatible with most DVD players and computer DVD-ROM drives. We strongly recommend that showreels are mastered to DVD-R disc to provide best compatibility. Some older DVD players are not able to accept this format. Please check your player is compatible with DVD-R discs before placing your order.
- You must inform us in advance if you require DVD+R discs. If you are unsure which DVD format to use please contact us with details of your DVD player make and model number and we will advise.
- If your DVD does not play please follow these steps before returning for refund or replacement:
i. Check that your DVD player is compatible with DVD-R discs;
ii. Check the surface of the DVD. If it is scratched or dirty attempt to clean with a lint-free cloth, wiping from the centre to the edge of the disc;
iii. Try playing the DVD on another DVD player;
iv. Try playing the DVD in a computer DVD-ROM drive;
v. Should the DVD still not play return all non-playable discs and they will be checked and replaced;
vi. An exchange or refund will only be given on receipt of a faulty DVD.
