A video walkthrough provides prospective buyers with an added pespective of properties on offer that cannot be gained from photos alone. This is especially valuable for high-value properties that could attract interest from buyers living away from the area - allowing them to see more of the property before travelling miles to view.

Filming is initially arranged via the estate agent or direct with the home owner at a convenient time. Weekend filming is available at no extra cost.

Footage is professionally edited and background music and subtitles added. The agents logo is embedded into the assembled video as an ident (small logo at the top left of the screen) ensuring that viewers are constantly aware of the agent responsible for the sale. The agents contact details are also displayed at the end of the video.

Also, to give potential buyers an idea of the location of the property additional footage of the surrounding area is included at the end of the video.

Videos can be linked to your own website and/or displayed on an alternative site such as rightmove.co.uk. Webspace is not required as the videos are securely hosted on our server until sold or removal requested.
